1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and bmw88 (hereinafter referred to as "bmw88", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). By accessing the bmw88 website at bmw88.im, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet or wager, or using any service offered by bmw88, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bmw88 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the bmw88 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of these conditions in order to register an account and participate in any real-money activity on the platform.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Security

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last 90 days)

3.3 One Account Per Player

4.2 Withdrawals

• KYC Requirement: All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. bmw88 will not process withdrawal requests until the player's identity has been satisfactorily verified.
• Processing Time: Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Mobile banking withdrawals (bKash, Nagad) are generally completed faster than card withdrawals.
• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will, wherever possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This is a fraud prevention measure and is non-negotiable.
• Pending Bonus Conditions: Withdrawals may not be processed while an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements is attached to your account, unless you choose to forfeit the bonus. Contact support to forfeit a bonus before initiating a withdrawal.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are available to first-time account holders only and cannot be claimed more than once per person, household, device, or IP address.
• All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unclaimed or expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• bmw88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be notified of any material changes.
• Where a bonus has been credited to an account in error, bmw88 reserves the right to reclaim it, including from winnings generated using the incorrectly credited amount.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be exploiting bonus offers — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk hedging strategies to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play, coordinating with other players to abuse referral schemes, or providing false information to qualify for a targeted offer — will have their bonus and any associated winnings voided, and their account may be suspended permanently. bmw88 uses automated systems and manual review to detect bonus abuse, and decisions made in this regard are final.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the bmw88 platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately on the relevant product pages and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by bmw88. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number. bmw88 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. bmw88 may adjust these limits for individual accounts without notice.
• Void Bets: bmw88 reserves the right to void bets in the event of an obvious pricing error, technical malfunction, or match/event abandonment where settlement rules are not met. Void bets are refunded to the player's main account balance.
• Palpable Errors: Where a bet has been placed on odds that are materially incorrect due to human error or technical fault, bmw88 reserves the right to void the bet or re-settle it at the correct odds. This applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Match Fixing and Integrity: bmw88 monitors all betting activity for patterns consistent with match fixing, insider trading, or other integrity violations. Any account found to be involved in such activity will be permanently closed and the matter reported to the relevant sporting authority.
• Results and Settlement: All bets are settled based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). bmw88's decision on settlement is final in the event of any dispute regarding the official result.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bmw88 platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

• Registering more than one account on the bmw88 platform.
• Using false, stolen, or another person's identity to register or operate an account.
• Accessing the bmw88 platform using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or artificial intelligence tools intended to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the bmw88 software, games, or platform infrastructure.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the bmw88 platform to conceal the proceeds of illegal activity. All transactions on bmw88 are monitored for compliance with applicable anti-money laundering standards.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform to generate unfair winnings. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker, or any other format where player interaction affects outcomes.
• Using the bmw88 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.
• Making abusive, threatening, or harassing communications to bmw88 staff or other players via any communication channel.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

bmw88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or dishonest activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion via bmw88's responsible gaming tools.
• Identification of the account holder as a minor (under 18 years of age).
• Any other circumstance in which bmw88 reasonably concludes that maintaining the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to the safety of other players.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request the closure of their bmw88 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any active bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method within five (5) business days. Accounts closed voluntarily may be reopened upon request, subject to re-verification of identity.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of six (6) months, one (1) year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account is locked, deposits are blocked, and marketing communications are suppressed. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. 8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login or real-money activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. bmw88 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts with a positive balance, after providing the account holder with thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing a verification check.
